Hello, I have a Ninebox kickscooter Max my back wheel is all messed up, back go anywhere, also the scooter no longer turns on, could I get a expert opinion about it?

My Ninebot Mini Pro (2017) has less than 20 miles on it. Yesterday after recharging it’s throwing an error code. 2 long then 5 short beeps. Over and over. I tried the upside down reset. No luck. Bluetooth does not connect.
Do you know what the error code means? If so do you have an estimate for repair?
I’m an old retiree and use it to keep up with my grandkids.

I own a new Segway Ninebot Mini Pro and was wondering if the front panel, where there is a flip up panel to access the charging port and two small 1/2" diameter headlights 2 3/4" apart, is available. Inside the front panel reads Ninebot P/N: 01.01.3029. My son ran into a corner wall and broke pieces from it. If I can just buy the front panel without the lights and charging port would be great. I can transfer the parts from the broken panel to the new one. Thank you. Tom Stillings.
