    At Ninebot by Segway we want you to spend more time riding your Ninebot and less time fixing it.  

    Writing emails to the technical support is something from the past.   To make technical support easy we offer Ninebot owners option to schedule a technical support call or video call online.  The process is simple.  

    1. Just go to "Spare Parts and Support" and select "Book Support Video Call".  
    2. Fill in simple form and select day and time good for you to have a call or video call.

    Done.
