SwallowBot upgrade service for Segway miniPLUS and Ninebot S PLUS.
- Maximum speed is increased 23km/h (14.5 mph);
- Speed is gradually decreased when battery charge is 60% from 23km/h to 18km/h at 0% of charge;
- No warnings or push backs till at least 5 sec ride with 0.5km/h over maximum speed limit;

Remote upgrade service can be performed either by M4M local partner or by the Client.
Upgrade shall be made after learners mode is deactivated in the regular firmware.
