We hope you love your M4M product. We understand that sometimes customers change their mind and would like to return their purchase. M4M follows Amazon’s return and restocking fee policy that is considered the standard in the industry.
Customers can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days from the purchase date. To cover the handling and warehouse costs and to compensate for the discount we would have to offer to sell “open box” items, we charge a 15% restocking fee. The shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item has a technical problem. Please note to follow credit card and PayPal refund rules we will not refund 3.5% credit card and PayPal processing fee.
Items that have Free shipping such as some of the "Special Editions" will have a restocking fee of 15% as they are custom made.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping. Please let us know if you want us to send you a pre-paid FedEx label. More4Motion may have a better shipping rate with FedEx and we are glad to pass along the savings. If you would like us to send you a prepaid shipping label, we will deduct the actual return shipping cost from the refund amount. Of course, if there is a technical problem with an item, we will cover the return shipping.
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org and receive a return authorization number and return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
